Ennio Arosio (1943) is a well-known designer on the Italian scene. Active in the furniture industry since the 1970s, he has regularly collaborated with national and international companies in the furniture sector and beyond. In addition to his work as a designer, Ennio Arosio has designed numerous showrooms in Italy and abroad.
As a full-service consultant for many furniture companies, he oversees the entire creative process—from research to the development of market strategies, from product definition to trade show setups, and from design to exhibition spaces and communication.
Cesare Arosio (1985). He graduated in 2010 from the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture, directed by Mario Botta. His vision of architecture and design blends the tradition of excellence of his family and his homeland with a constant eye on the contemporary international scene. He gained his experience through various internships and work placements in New York and Abu Dhabi. Interested in the world of architectural design in its entirety, he always pays particular attention to product design and interior design. In 2011, Cesare opened his own studio and has collaborated both as a designer and as an art director with various leading companies in the furniture industry, both Italian and international.
Adriano Castiglioni (1962) is a designer and architect who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1991. Beginning in high school, at the State Art Institute of Cantù, he took his first steps in professional architectural firms.
During his university studies, he began collaborating with furniture companies based in Brianza.
In 2001, he opened his own design studio, focusing on both architectural design and industrial design, and began working with Italian and international companies in the sector.
Currently, the studio, based in Brianza, is engaged in projects in Italy, China, India, and the United Arab Emirates.
Paolo Dell’Elce (1983) is an industrial designer based in Milan, specializing in furniture, lighting, and product design. He studied at the Politecnico di Milano and the Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
His work has been published internationally, has received awards including an honorable mention at the 2014 Compasso d’Oro and the Red Dot Award: Product Design, and has been exhibited at institutions such as the Triennale di Milano, the Poldi Pezzoli Museum in Milan, the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome, and the Kunstraum München.
His work focuses on clear ideas, translated into essential objects crafted with attention to materials and function.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as Design Director at Danese Milano. Since 2015, he has led the product design team at David Chipperfield Architects, where he became Associate Director in 2025.
